We collect only the information required to coordinate an appointment request: patient name, mobile number, city, doctor or specialty preference, preferred date, optional time and administrative notes, and consent.

We do not collect medical diagnosis, prescriptions, scans, Aadhaar, ABHA, or insurance records in Phase 0.

Data is stored in Supabase Postgres and processed by authorized operators and approved automation systems. We do not sell personal data.
